My Gym is an amazing place because it allows you to work with children in a fun, active environment AND be involved in the processes of running a small business. Our core product is our amazing classes and parties for children, so your training begins in these areas. As a teacher you will be leading Mommy and Me classes for children ages 6 months - 3 years as well as gymnastics, art, Ninja Training and/or martial arts classes for children ages 3-11 years old. As you become a proficient teacher you will be trained in small business management including our backend systems and procedures, administration, sales, training and more.

We are looking for individuals who:

-have a genuine love of children and helping them succeed

-are active and outgoing

-are willing to grow with us and can commit to at least a year of employment.

-are available to work on a Saturday or Sunday (we teach classes on weekends and throw awesome birthday parties)

Experience in sales, customer service, education, theatre, sports (gymnastics, martial arts, cheerleading) is a plus; a smile and high energy is a must!
