We're looking for:- Full time, career-oriented Assistant Director to join My Gym McLean and Vienna, VA- Someone who loves working with children, can be silly, fun, and outgoing, and will be comfortable with memorizing lots of material- Someone with a strong business sense, very organized, and a "people person" with great leadership, team management and customer service skills- Someone who can take directions, come up with their own ideas and then implement

Responsibilities:- Overseeing day-to-day business activity with a focus on staffing, management, and overall customer experience (being like the owner)- Ensure the ultimate guest experience by coaching team members and interacting with guests- Be the main person responsible for all tasks being completed by themselves and other team members- Always be thinking of how to be better at what we do in terms of customer service, sales, and execution

About us:- We're a Children’s Fitness Center that offers fitness & fun classes & parties for children 6 months to 10 years old- We'll have a staff of total 12-14 people in both My Gyms (McLean and Vienna)- We have fun while working hard, growing the business and making sure children are growing, having a blast and being safe

Position Requirements:- Full time including one weekend day per week (work 5 days per week)- Highly energetic & organized- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills- Experience working with children (a must)- Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics)- Experience in Management, Human Resources and Staff Management- Adept sales skills- Clean background check
