About us:

We're a Children’s Fitness Center that offers fitness & fun classes & parties for children 6 months to 10 years old

We're looking for 4-5 instructors to grow our business. Among them 2-3 will grow into the Manager role in the next 6-12 months

We have fun while working hard and making sure children are growing, having a blast and being safe

Position Requirements:

Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week (everyone needs to work one weekend shift and Mondays 12-4pm)

Highly energetic & organized

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills

Experience working with children (a must)

Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics)

Adept sales skills

Clean background check

What do we offer:

Starts at $13 per hour tips (from weekend parties - should take it to at least $14)

Average trained staff member earns $15-16

Sales incentives

Upward mobility (clear path that can get you to Management position in 6-12 months - with different compensation & benefits)

Health insurance after initial 6 months (allowance when using company insurance)
