As a Customer Service Representative, you will be directly responsible for:

The preparation and service of cones, dishes, sundaes, milkshakes and Flurries.

Possess a working knowledge of proper ingredients and portion sizes as well as proper presentation for each of the menu items.

Maintain a "Customer-first" attitude and approach in all your interactions and throughout your workday.

Provide respectful and timely service.

Process customer transactions, handling cash, and giving change

Following opening, closing and daily checklists. Performing and completing necessary tasks.

Performing specific cleaning & restocking tasks as assigned by the Manager on Duty.

Maintain a professional approach by arriving to work on time & wearing a clean uniform

In addition, frozen custard and all associated products are made fresh daily so the responsibilities and duties of the an employee will also include the following:

Becoming familiar with all areas involved with the Abbott’s custard machine

Practicing proper mix handling and mixing techniques as well as following all recipe guidelines

Proper production of Abbott’s custard and product rotation

Requirements

Must be able to lift, handle, and carry, small wares and equipment weighing anywhere from 25 to 30 pounds

Must be able to communicate effectively and listen to managers, employees, and guests

Must be open to a flexible work schedule.
