Dance/Gymnastics Instructor at My Gym Children's Fitness Center Santa Rosa, CA
Do you love working with kids? Love dance?
My Gym Santa Rosa is looking for a part-time instructor with dance experience to teach noncompetitive children's classes including fitness, tumbling, creative movement, pre-ballet, jazz and hip-hop. Ages of participants vary depending on program. Our programs are taught with positive reinforcement and rely strongly on our teachers living out the My Gym philosophy; we teach in a motivating, noncompetitive, and FUN way.
Our ideal candidate has experience teaching children and a background in dance. Customer service skills are required. Experience in gymnastics, sports, theatre, performance, and/or sales is a huge PLUS!! Great opportunity for college students looking for teaching and business experience.

Part-time positions available - Flexible schedule but must be available most Saturdays.

Position Requirements:
Ability to work 20ish hours per week, including weekends
Highly energetic
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
Experience working with children
Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
Effective leadership and motivational skills
Effective time management
Adept sales skills
Clean background check
Compensation: Hourly rate depends on experience. $13-$17/hour. Paid training included.
