    Job Description

    Overview:

    Work from home position that assists CFO with daily accounting, KPI reporting and sales tax deliverables.  

    Part Time:  Expectation of 20 hrs per week average & heaviest at month end close.  Position expectation is to grow into full-time with increased roles & responsibilities within the 6 months to 1 year.

     

    Required Skills:

     - Quickbooks

     - Excel

     - Sales Tax

     - Outlook

     

    Background:

    Bachelors Degree in Accounting

     

    Special Consideration Given to Candidates w/:

     - Experience using InfusionSoft and/or Merchant Accounts

     

    Job Description:  Position will assist CFO with the following:

    Accounting

    -              Bookkeeping & Account Reconciliation

    -              Accounts Receivable

    -              Credit Card & PayPal Merchant Account Administration

    -              On-Line Shopping Cart Administration

    -              Accounts Payable - payments regularly to vendors

    -              Invoicing

    -              Monthly Income Statements

    -              Monthly Balance Sheet

    -              1099s & 1096s

    -              Payroll calculation & submission to processors

    -              Sales Tax Administrator

     

     

    Finance

    -              Key Performance Indicator Tracking

    My Headquarters Pro, LLC, is a 12 year old business that has grown substantially over the past 3 years. We are based in Duluth, GA and have My CFO Pros and My CFO Pro Assistants working remotely in GA, AR, NC and CA. We all work from home and set our own work schedules around other forms of employment, family, faiths and fun. We've created very cool internal systems to help us achieve high levels of production for our clients very efficiently. No two days are ever the same and it is very gratifying to know that the work we are doing is making huge positive impacts on our client's businesses. The owner and founder wanted to break away from the Corporate world and try to create the most awesome possible job imaginable in the field of FP&A for himself. That job has been refined over the years and is now called a My CFO Pro. Now there are several of us enjoying our work as My CFO Pros and My CFO Pro Assistants.
