Job Description

We are looking for an E-Commerce Administrator to work directly with game host to update and maintain customer orders while live during our show. The Ecommerce Administrator responsibilities include collecting and entering data in our database and relaying it to the warehouse crew for picking and shipping. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast tying with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position will be considered an advantage.

E-Commerce Administrator Responsibilities

• Insert customer orders by inputting information from our sales platform.
• Communicate directly with host during live about customer requests and in stock products
• Communicate directly with warehouse staff on order changes and products to be picked and shipped
• Research and obtain further information for customer orders
• Input data within sales platform for current and upcoming shows
• Communicate directly to customers in regards to their order or special requests

E-Commerce Administrator Requirements:

• Proven Data entry work experience as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
• Experience with Google Docs and data programs
• Experience with Shopify and Comment Sold
• Familiarity with Administrative duties
• Experience with office equipment like computer, printer, Dymo, and scanner
• Typing speed and accuracy
• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling and grammar and punctuation
• Attention to detail
• Confidentiality
• Organizational skills with an ability to stay focused
• Ability to multi-task
• Approximately 20 hours a week including weekends
