We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is passionate about marketing and client care to join our dynamic and fast-growing real estate team. Our Marketing and Client Community Associate will be responsible for marketing and advertising our brand (and our listings) while serving as a go-to concierge for our past clients. Our real estate team works primarily by referral and we work hard to not only meet new clients but provide value and keep in communication with our past clients, which is where YOU come in! This is a hybrid position with significant work-from-home time. A flexible schedule is available plus we include paid time off. If this sounds like a great fit, apply now! Responsibilities: • Manage our client community outreach including calls, notes, gifts, mail campaigns (both traditional and virtual) and giveaways, raffles, and appreciation events throughout the year • Manage logistics for our community and client educational events and webinars • Manage the creative content creation and management across our social media platforms: IG, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, as well as our private client-only networks. Must have a creative and fresh approach and engage with followers and members. • Coordinate video (reel) creation and editing. Supervise outside contractors when appropriate. • Assist in the marketing plans for client transactions • Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely • Support the company by tracking incoming leads/prospects and developing marketing campaigns accordingly • Plan and organize all team and client events, take photos, and then market on social media • Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand Qualifications: • Outgoing, friendly, and engaging conversationalist. Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude. • Comfortable making phone calls to clients and customers. • Client service orientation-- What can we do to help make it a good day or make this easier for you? • Strong follow up and organization skills a must. • Team Player • Experience with marketing or client management in the real estate industry preferred. • Marketing degree preferred by not required. • Real estate license strongly preferred, but not required. • Experience with Canva, Constant Contact, Follow Up Boss and Dropbox preferred. • Small event (20-40 attendees) management experience strongly preferred. Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
