Your role will involve assisting guests with inquiries, reservations, and ensuring their stay is memorable. Responsibilities: • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly check-in experience. • Create a positive first impression and ensure guest satisfaction from the start. • Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and check-outs efficiently and accurately. • Maintain organized booking records and streamline the check-in/check-out process for guests. • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance. • Offer excellent customer service and support to guests before, during, and after their stay. • Assist with resolving guest concerns and issues promptly and professionally. • Ensure guest satisfaction and address any problems effectively to maintain a high level of service. • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, lobby, and guest service areas. • Present a welcoming and professional environment for guests and uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness. Qualifications: • Excellent customer service skills. • Proficient in MS Office. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle. Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
