Job Summary MSMW is searching for a responsible, friendly, and approachable licensed therapist ready to grow their skills as a clinical supervisor. MSMW believes that what makes a great leader is one that is open to learning, is motivated to grow, and cares about their staff. Our associates are "the cream of the crop" and need a supervisor that can continue quality leadership. More important than years experience in a supervisory role, is someone that can adapt to our style.

Responsibilities

Provide Clinical Supervision to 6 associates

Assist in the development of new and existing associates

Dual role as a licensed provider, provide therapy to ten clients a week

Complete client records and manage confidentiality

Oversee associate calendars, and scheduling of clients

Approval of clinical documentation

Full-time 40 hours a week

Administrative responsibilities

Qualifications

Licensed as a Social Worker or Marriage and Family Therapist

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Active BBS License

Supervisor Approved Certificate (15 CE's completed)

MSMW's mission is to help our clients become more aware about different emotional parts that have been difficult to maneuver through. We collaborate with our clients to uncover their core wounds and provide them with the tools to begin to tackle those challenges that exist. We utilize art, physical activity, mindfulness, and trauma focus. We specialize in treating attachment/complex trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and interpersonal challenges. In addition, as a working team we care about our staff's wellbeing and feeling taken care of. We promote vacation, and offsite team socials.
