    Job Description

    My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized Retailer Sales Organization with 90+ locations, is seeking an individual for our Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position for our headquarter office located in Santa Ana, CA. This position will make $17.50 per hour plus full-time benefits.  

    DUTIES:

    • Answers all incoming phone calls and routes them appropriately.
    • Takes messages and relays to staff members or departments.
    • Greets customers, vendors, guests, and employees.
    • Administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, copying.
    • Supports management by completing tasks as assigned.
    • Inputs information into the database as needed and maintains files.
    • Maintains employee and department directories.
    • Keeps foyer and common areas presentable and clean.
    • Orders supplies for corporate office and market locations.
    • Maintains company confidentiality by practicing discretion.
    • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Organizes company functions and events as directed by management.
    • Any other tasks encompassing, but not limited to the above duties.

    • Willingness to identify and implement problem resolutions and process improvements.
