We are currently interviewing a business development representative to work full time for the right candidate.

As a MyCity Social rep, you can expect to: meet with local business owners, review our digital marketing services, set appointments, deliver presentations, and sign agreements.

There’s a great starting base pay that does not rely on results and with an ability to earn much more with commissions - which are paid weekly. And unlike other companies, we pride ourselves with taking care of our reps with residual commissions. After all, it is your time, hard work and dedication that you are giving to MyCity Social and that should be rewarded.

Interview today and start work within the week! We provide our clients with digital marketing services such as social media management and search engine optimization. Previous experience & knowledge about digital marketing or sales isn’t required. We provide all of the training needed for success. Opportunity to Interview and work from home.

POSITION DETAILS:

Excellent Pay - $67.00 per appointment not based on sales. We have a commission structure set up based on performance. Paid weekly. There is opportunity to make more, but there is still a base as a fall back for the sales rep to make an income even if they have an off week.

Solid training – we’ve been training people to do well, and work directly with our reps on an ongoing basis. Even if someone doesn’t decide to stay with us long term, the sales, networking, relationships & communication skills they build can be applied any field.

Flexible scheduling – we allow our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, some work on a more independent basis, while others choose to be super part time around other commitments such as other jobs, vacations, classes, or family obligations.

Choice of location – sales reps have an opportunity to interview, train, and work from home (or anywhere in the country). The sales position can be translated to any city as well!

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Willing to learn and apply new skills.

WHO WOULD DO WELL: People who have done well with us in the past have had experience in other sales positions or entrepreneurial positions. Some have had no experience at all!
