As an Admissions Advisor for Cyber Tech High School (CTHS), you will meet with parents of potential students and set them on the path to joining our career-focused high school. Our Admissions Advisor (CTHS) must have a passion to motivate people to succeed. We have found individuals with a strong sales background are successful. Appointments with potential parents and students are set by you and supported by our skilled team of Career Advisors. When the potential student and their parent are transitioned to the Admissions team, you will perform all aspects of enrollment. You will qualify potential students, present our educational program and services, conduct consistent follow-up, and assist candidates in completing the enrollment process. In order to qualify for an Admissions Advisor position, an individual must have significant high-performing sales experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sells the value of Cyber Tech High School to prospective students through a consultation and online presentation.
Performs daily follow-up calls to help students progress towards enrollment.
Helps parents and students obtain required documentation to enroll in the program including previous school records, immunizations, etc.
Help navigate parents through the student information system portal for payment agreements.
Walk parents and students through all required documentation to become enrolled.
Sets expectations as to what new students are required to do to be successful in the program and meet minimum academic standards.
Participates in or conducts student recruitment programs with other members of faculty and staff.
Required to help with retention and participate in support meetings.
Provide ongoing coaching throughout our student’s academic career.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/ GED-Required
Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferred or a combination of education and experience
Salesforce, FACTS, HubSpot, Prezi, Microsoft Office experience a plus
Demonstrated experience in Sales; specifically Admissions
