Job Description
CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR
The Contracts Administrator will administer and manage US Government and commercial contracts, subcontract agreements, GSA Schedules, analyze complex bid and proposal tenders, review FAR/DFARS, and will interact with customers and lead contract negotiations. The Contracts Administrator also tracks, creates, and maintains contract data requirements and deliverables and interacts regularly with senior and executive management on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers. They will oversee proposal preparation and contact customers to ensure contract acquisition is in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications with a focus on new business with U.S. Government and commercial contracts.

Potential exposure to extreme temperatures, heat, noise, etc. while visiting client facilities. Must be able to climb stairs, stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. with assistance. Minimal travel may be required.
