POSITION: The HEALTH CARE STRATEGY PARTNER will have a key role in helping us deliver high quality, personalized decision support to employers and their employees. You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of our client implementations from preparation, to employee engagement, to closeout. In addition to client implementations, you will contribute to product cycle improvement and planning. This work requires a high degree of versatility and the ability to operate cross-functionally. We are seeking someone with the ability to wade into unexpected and varied projects at a moments' notice.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interpret and enter employer health plan and employee census information into our software.
• Conduct employee intake calls to learn how they expect to use health care, help them understand the features and benefits of different health plans, and educate them on how to maximize the benefits from a Health Savings Account.
• Triage and answer employee questions via our ticketing system.
• Ensure the quality of the ingestion of data and fidelity of the production of decision support tools for consumers.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement projects that enhance the efficiency and quality of services provided.
• Support cross-departmental efforts with various projects such as data collection, product testing, and consumer research.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College degree required. Well suited for individuals considering advanced study in medical, business, or public health fields.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented and able to set priorities.
• Team-player mindset with high level of dedication to raising the bar for the whole team.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines.
• Required: experience with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Preferred: knowledge of health insurance and medical terminology, including a basic familiarity with prescription medications.
• Preferred: familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM.
