ABOUT THE POSITION

MyNanny is looking for a dynamic, personable, detail-oriented person to join the team as our Placement Specialist. This role is the first line of contact with our clients and helps them through the process of finding the perfect nanny from beginning to end. We are looking for someone who is great with people, very organized, communicates well, and is eager to learn and grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Placement Specialist is responsible for acquiring new clients, drafting job descriptions for open nanny positions, answering questions the clients may have, setting up interviews for clients and nannies, assisting in executing the work agreement, and following up with clients post-close of deals.

• Hubspot (or other CRM familiarity)

• Written communication

• AT LEAST A FOUR-YEAR BACHELOR’S DEGREE
