    SUMMARY:

    We are looking for an Inside Sales Rockstar for immediate hire! Who is our Ideal Candidate: *One who has at least 3 years of relationship and consultation sales in industries such as: SaaS, Insurance, Financial Advising, Real Estate and Mortgage. *One who has a proven track record of building their own referrals, and maintaining a proven track record of high closing ratios when presented with lots of leads, as well as a proven competency with prospecting their own leads. *One who has experience managing their leads and deals in Salesforce and comparable CRMs. Who are We: We are a midtown Sacramento company who is currently experience exponential growth of our virtual staffing services B2B and B2C.     DESCRIPTION OF INSIDE SALES KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:_ _-Proactively contact and nurture potential leads communicating the value of our services to their current and ongoing business needs.

    -Create committed matches of company services to client requirements to close sale. -Collaborate with marketing, operations, and executive management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and service offerings, as requested/needed. -Ensure sales services and client interactions are successful, and exceed client's satisfaction. -Ensure client reporting and communications are recorded consistently and timely to management and/or within CRM database, as appropriate. REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE FOR INSIDE SALES POSITION: College Coursework, in the areas of business, marketing, preferred Three(3) years of experience in commission sales Proven track record meeting & exceeding quotas
