    • Utilize your organization skills to provide consistent updates and feedback to clients on projects
    • MS Word, Excel and Access to keep documentation of contact with clients on projects.
    • Meet deadlines on projects in a fast paced, high volume environment
    • Proven written and verbal communication skills to interact with all stakeholders via email, phone and inperson
    • Answer incoming calls to troubleshoot, research and investigate customer questions and concerns
    • Ability to problem solve, prioritize and multi-task
    • Ability to work independantly, on a high performing team and be self-motivated
    • Ability to engage each customer in a patient and helpful manner
