We are located on the Strip next to the Titanic Museum. Responsibilities: • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed • Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned Qualifications: • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • 2+ years of maintenance experience • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques • Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly
