Myer Hospitality in Branson, MO is looking for a Guest Services Representative to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites Branson Meadows. With a competitive hourly rate of $15 - $16.05, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a team that values teamwork, professionalism, and dedication to creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest receives top-notch service and assistance. Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality and making a difference in every guest's visit. This position is full-time 3 pm-11 pm Responsibilities: Sales • Become comfortable in selling the property whether on the phone or in person and close reservation sales • Practice and become knowledgeable of the Signature sales process • Focus on closing the reservation, upselling room type or number of nights • Offer and provide every guest show or attraction reservation assistance through in-house ticket service • Ensure guest reservation information is complete and accurate including address, phone number, and email address Service • Greet guests and provide superb customer service • Answer all guest questions and incoming calls • Assist guests with transportation arrangements on request Communication • Be able to work as a team to provide exceptional customer service • Update shift relief as well as update the communication log • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department or take messages as needed • Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments • Monitor and respond to Whistle messaging and front desk email Checklist of Shift Duties • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper • Maintain accurate records of guests checking in and out • Complete the checklist of required shift duties along with any other tasks that are assigned/required Safety/Security • Become knowledgeable regarding the hotel safety and security procedures and be able to perform these procedures while assisting guests if the situation occurs Qualifications: • Superb written and verbal communication skills • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Excellent customer service skills • Top-of-the-line organizational skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once • Amazing time management skills • Ability to work weekends and holidays including overtime as required • Perform additional duties as required Compensation: $15 - $16.05 hourly
