Job Description
We’re seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to join our team. As a rapidly growing e-commerce company, we need a marketing team member who can help us scale efficiently and correctly. You will work directly with the founders and Creative Team to execute a paid strategy, manage day-to-day paid acquisition, and generate and deploy campaigns. You may also be asked to manage and optimize the performance of third-party resources like agencies or creative production.
Create, manage, and optimize all Facebook paid campaigns to achieve marketing objectives
Analyze, measure and report campaign success on an ongoing basis
Optimize campaigns for the lowest possible cost per results and overall positive ROAS daily
Monitor trends, investigate irregularities in performance and troubleshoot ad issues that affect delivery, performance, tracking, implementation or reporting
Track and manage Facebook budgets closely and optimize on a daily basis
Partner with creative team to generate ad components such as images and copy
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Create and update internal processes for successful campaign execution
Report to Founders to present findings, trends and data
Identify key areas for focus, provide market research, campaign strategy, and feedback to broader marketing team to support overall company strategy to meet growth targets
