    Job Description

    We’re seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to join our team. As a rapidly growing e-commerce company, we need a marketing team member who can help us scale efficiently and correctly. You will work directly with the founders and Creative Team to execute a paid strategy, manage day-to-day paid acquisition, and generate and deploy campaigns. You may also be asked to manage and optimize the performance of third-party resources like agencies or creative production.

    • Create, manage, and optimize all Facebook paid campaigns to achieve marketing objectives

    • Analyze, measure and report campaign success on an ongoing basis

    • Optimize campaigns for the lowest possible cost per results and overall positive ROAS daily

    • Monitor trends, investigate irregularities in performance and troubleshoot ad issues that affect delivery, performance, tracking, implementation or reporting

    • Track and manage Facebook budgets closely and optimize on a daily basis

    • Partner with creative team to generate ad components such as images and copy

    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

    • Create and update internal processes for successful campaign execution

    • Report to Founders to present findings, trends and data

    • Identify key areas for focus, provide market research, campaign strategy, and feedback to broader marketing team to support overall company strategy to meet growth targets

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree 
    • 3+ years of digital marketing/demand generation experience, with strong paid Facebook Ads Management experience
    • Strong operations and analytical skills with an understanding of ad budgets, bidding strategies, pacing and optimization, and demand gen fundamentals
    • Proficient in Google Analytics, Facebook / Instagram Ads, Facebook Business Manager
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—ability to articulate ideas and results
    • Highly organized and detail oriented
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment spanning multiple platforms and task lists
    • Team player possessing a strong work ethic and drive for results

    Bonus Points For:

    • Experience at a startup or rapidly growing business (a huge plus!)
    • Knowledge in paid search (Google Ads), display advertising, and other paid platforms
    • Aptitude in Adobe Creative Suite or other creative platforms
    • Familiarity with the Myles brand and a passion for fitness and activewear
