    We are seeking to hire an energetic, competitive and goal-oriented representative looking to build their career in a consultative-selling environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the phoen for extended periods, connecting with strangers and has the desire to never give up. Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization and training is provided. Strength of character, leadership and ambition carry more weight in our selection process than industry experience. Responsibilities: Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline Has deep knowledge that surpasses job expectations and results in success and growth “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice Communicate frequently to help strengthen prospective relationships The ideal person loves to win on the phone, has an ability for building rapport quickly and can nurture a relationship over months until ready to meet.  • Calling hundreds of prospects per day • Enjoys being on the phone for extended periods of time • Enjoys starting conversations with strangers • Setting a minimum of 1 listing/buyer appointment per day • Enjoys setting new weekly goals (personal or professional)  • Track all key business activities • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks • Set up an “Ideal Week” that blocks time for activities designed to reach goals • Attend training and establish daily role-play partners • Willing to be held accountable for goals and results • Call past clients and your sphere of influence to ask for referrals • Practice, memorize and internalize scripts at least 1-2 hours /week This person is also driven by results and has a high capacity for patience as the higher pay will take longer to receive. This person also likes to work in a team environment and wants to grow with us. Real Estate License is NOT required. Qualifications: Display excellent verbal and written communication skills Real Estate License (We can help you get one!) Ability to spend a large amount of time traveling by car Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Sales experience helpful • High School Diploma • 1 year of sales or customer service experience • Personable communicators who clearly and persuasively describe products and services to customers to encourage sales transactions • Practices, memorizes and internalizes scripts • Loves "teeing up" the sale • Easily connects over the phone • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line • Solution and learning based • Highest level of integrity and respect for others Compensation: $30,000 - $65,000 yearly
