Job Description

We are seeking a Media Support Specialist to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to support media buyers and account executives:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with clients and internal teams to facilitate the effective deployments of Advertising Campaigns
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales and Business development teams as a liaison to media planning and strategy.
• Engage with prospective customers and current clients on weekly meetings to optimize and build marketing campaigns.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales and marketing material to present to customers

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related advertising fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong in Microsoft Excel
