    Job Title: Myobrace Educator Support Agent
    Location: Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (In-Office, No Remote Options)

    Starting Salary: $80,000 Per Year

    Position Overview:
    As a Myobrace Educator & Support Agent, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Myobrace training to dental professionals and patients while offering expert support to clients. The role requires a blend of myofunctional therapy, lactation and tongue-tie expertise, along with a passion for teaching and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a pivotal role that helps shape the education and support offered to those who use Myobrace treatments.

    The role is best fit for a RDH Hygienist, COM Certified Orofacial Myologist, OMT Oral Myofunctional Therapist or MFT Myobrace Certified Educator.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Training and Education:
    o Deliver Myobrace training sessions for dental professionals, dental assistants, and patients.
    o Provide in-depth lactation and tongue-tie education, including the impact of these issues on oral development and treatment.
    o Conduct webinars, workshops, and seminars to educate healthcare providers on proper treatments for tongue-tie release, lactation support, and Myobrace’s role in improving oral health.

    Customer Support:
    o Offer expert customer service, assisting clients with Myobrace-related questions, troubleshooting, and guidance on treatment.
    o Resolve customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
    o Provide guidance and support to clients on issues related to the Myobrace System.

    Collaboration and Reporting:
    o Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure consistency in product messaging, training content, and client communication.
    o Monitor customer feedback and report findings to management for continuous product improvement.
    o Assist with quality assurance efforts to ensure the highest level of training and customer satisfaction.

    Mentorship and Development:
    o Provide ongoing mentorship to new educators and staff, ensuring that training is aligned with company standards.
    o Stay current on developments in the fields of myofunctional therapy, lactation, and tongue-tie education.

    Qualifications:

    Certifications:
    o OMT (Oral Myofunctional Therapist) or RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist)
    o An understanding of lactation support and basic tongue-tie issues, particularly in the context of oral health and development.

    Experience:
    o 3+ years of experience in teaching or training dental professionals or patients.
    o Experience in customer support, especially in a healthcare or dental setting.
    o Expertise in myofunctional therapy, Myobrace products, and their application in orthodontic treatment.

    Skills:
    o Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
    o Experience in creating training content and delivering educational programs.
    o Knowledge of remote training tools and technology (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
    o Ability to handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert guidance.

    Please Note: This is an in-office position located at our Headquarters in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Remote work or hybrid options are not available for this role. Candidates must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday.
