As a Guest Experience Coordinator (GEC), you are required to have a high level of enthusiasm, hospitality, and a passion for getting things done. As a GEC, you are a leader by trait and thrive in a collaborative environment. This role is essential to deliver a lasting impression with each of our guests, and you're committed to providing a 12 out of 10 experience to our guests with every visit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Guest Experience and Hospitality:

• Providing all clients entering the clinic with world-class hospitality
• Providing new client interactions prior, during, and after their session
• New client clinic orientation, requisite form completion, welcome kit distribution
• Schedule and appointment management
• Upholding brand standards by adhering to opening, midday, and closing procedures
• Ensuring continuous cleaning/ sanitizing and general upkeep of the clinic and equipment
• Replenishing supplies and inventory

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Processing all claims using company software
• Invoice management
• Follow up outreach for new and existing clients
• Complete internal administrative paperwork
• Field phone calls to clinic/Myodetox

Support for the Therapist Team:

• Working with therapists to optimize their schedules to ensure sufficient lead distribution, appropriate scheduling
• Working with therapists to optimize their working space and preferences

WHO YOU ARE:

• 3+ years of experience working in customer service and hospitality
• A resourceful, adaptable individual that thrives in fast-paced environments and working in collaboration with teams
• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Hands-on experience working with various administrative software
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
