JOB SUMMARY

Myodetox is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Founder, Vinh Pham. This rare opportunity comes at a time where our Brand is rapidly growing and expanding in the Los Angeles market.

In this role you will serve as a key enabler to help maximize our Founder's efficiency and effectiveness which in turn will help drive continued success to our business. As our Founder's gatekeeper, your primary function will be to deliver high level administrative and operational support primarily through relationship building within the LA fitness, wellness and lifestyle space.

The ideal candidate is an organizational force that hustles to get the job done with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality. This individual has a proven track record in successfully supporting an executive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. This role is currently based in Los Angeles, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Serve as a bridge / connector between external relationships that our Founder has created and driving business into our unit level clinics
• Serve as the primary point of contact / liaison for all internal and external communications relating to our Founder
• Provide incredible white-glove service to our VIP customers by booking sessions, gifting Myodetox merchandise, regular follow-ups, and more
• Find any and every way to build and leverage relationships
• Serve as a brand ambassador to Myodetox on and off the clock
• Attend meetings, activations, fitness classes, social and networking events with and on behalf of our Founder
• Perform administrative tasks such as: manage calendar priorities based on customer meetings, basic financial reporting and tasks, booking domestic and international travel
• Anticipate out founder's needs before he knows he needs them

• Hyper responsive and is available outside of typical working hours to attend events, and respond promptly to emails, texts, direct messages, slacks, etc
• Incredible attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team player
• High level of integrity, discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality - this individual will interact with high profile individuals and is a part of a small trusted inner circle
• Proactively anticipates Founder's needs and has the ability to translate ambiguous ideas into clear execution and plans

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years experience supporting a highly visible executive / founder
• Experience working in a high growth, dynamic startup environment
• Interest in the fitness, health, wellness and lifestyle space
• Savvy in social media platforms including: Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc
• Proficient in systems including: Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, etc or quick learner with knack for technology and can figure out systems on the go
