    Job Description

    LOCATION: United States JOB IDENTIFICATION: 2287 JOB SCHEDULE: Full time Myriad Genetics (NYSE: MYGN) is looking for a Compliance Manager to join the team. The Compliance Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the organization's compliance. The individual will interact with all levels of the organization and serve as an important point of contact and functional expert regarding governmental healthcare laws and regulations. This position has the ability to be remote across the US. Responsibility Each employee's specific job responsibilities are uniquely defined by their individual training plan and assigned duties, but are generally defined as follows:

    • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's compliance programs as they relate to the 7 elements of a good compliance program, governmental healthcare laws and regulations (Medicare/Medicaid, Stark, Anti-Kickback, and other relevant/applicable federal and state regulations) to ensure compliance.
    • This could include:
      • Assist in the generation, preparation and management of the company's policies and practices which support the compliance program of reports to leadership on the status and effectiveness of the compliance and quality programs.
      • Develop and deliver training and communication programs regarding compliance-related regulatory requirements
      • Assist with and/or maintain processes to audit, monitor, detect, and enforce the compliance program.
      • Help oversee the coordination and implementation of new compliance processes
      • Assist in any investigations and acting on internal/external incidents and complaints, implement corrective action and prevention planning.
      • Help assist in regular risk assessments of the compliance program and implement plans to manage identified risks.
    • Additional duties as assigned

    Qualifications Supporting documentation for the education and experience requirements are maintained in the employee's personnel file.

    • BA or BS degree, preferably in Healthcare Administration or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare compliance or related position, preferably involving a clinical laboratory.
    • Thorough knowledge and understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory elements involving federal and state requirements.
    • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical and actionable elements.
    • Demonstrated experience in integrating compliance into daily operations.
    • Ability to interact positively and provide guidance within all levels of management and staff.
    • Self-starter, ability to work independently
    • Tech savvy. Working knowledge of Office 365 software.
    • Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or similar highly preferred.
