THE POSITION...
We are looking for POSITIVE, FUN, AND ENERGETIC PEOPLE to join our team of WIRELESS RETAIL ASSOCIATES. As A WIRELESS RETAIL ASSOCIATE, you will be assisting our fantastic customers through both the BUYING PROCESS AND TAKING CARE OF THEIR WIRELESS NEEDS.
YOU WILL BE
• Reporting directly to the CORPRATE TRAINER and the AREA DIRECTOR.
• CONSULTING WITH BOTH NEW AND EXISTING CUSTOMERS to determine their wireless needs while delivering an EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
• ANSWERING CUSTOMER QUESTIONs about the various wireless plans and helping them with their existing or new account.
• CREATING NEW SALES OPPORTUNITIES by participating in the various sales activities.
• MAINTAIN STORE appearance, refill inventory, report phone inventory, and other business-related tasks.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR!
• MUST be 18 YEARS or older and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a RETAIL SETTING is preferred but NOT ALWAYS NECESSARY. WE HIRE POSITIVE ATTITUDES AND PEOPLE WILLING TO LEARN HOW TO EARN.
• MUST have outstanding PEOPLE and COMMUNICATION skills.
• BI-LINGUAL IS A HUGE BONUS!
• ENJOY WORKING in a FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT and has the ability to MULTI-TASK.
• Must have FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY and able to work WEEKENDS AND SOME HOLIDAYS because that is when our CUSTOMERS NEED YOU THE MOST.
