Mystery Shopper

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to work as Mystery Shoppers. In this role, you will visit assigned retail locations while posing as a regular customer to evaluate customer service, store conditions, and overall shopping experience. Your feedback will help improve service quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned store locations
• Remain discreet while posing as a regular customer
• Interact with store employees both in person and over the phone to evaluate customer service
• Make required purchases and retain receipts for reimbursement
• Accurately observe and document the shopping experience
• Complete and submit a detailed written report after each store visit
• Disclose any competing interests, including prior loyalty to or dislike of specific stores or products
• Accurately log hours worked
• Maintain and store copies of completed assignments and reports

Position Requirements

• Must be between 21 and 25 years old
• Ability to read and write clearly
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to meet assignment deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, as required by assignments
