This role involves visiting assigned locations to evaluate customer service, compliance, and overall shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Visit designated retail locations or establishments as instructed.
• Interact with employees naturally while observing customer service, cleanliness, and compliance with guidelines.
• Accurately document and report findings through detailed written evaluations.
• Submit reports within the required time frame.
• Maintain confidentiality about your role and the nature of your visits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 to 25 years old (required for program participation).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignment locations.
• Ability to follow written instructions and complete reports promptly.
• Professional demeanor and ability to blend in as a regular customer.
• Previous mystery shopping or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
