Job Description

Managers must have a high level of personal integrity and be able to drive results through continuous employee coaching, sales, and profit growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Managing day to day operations- Controls profit loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
· Plans and ensures the professional growth & development of the management team and crew members
· Maintains an exceptional level of customer service
· Knows and manages compliance with federal, state and local labor laws and ensure the restaurant is completing regular safety / cleaning / operations checklists to guarantee guest satisfaction and inspections
REQUIREMENTS:
· Must have QSR Management / Assistant Management experience in the fast food industry
· Salaried QSR or casual restaurant experience (preferred)
· A proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
· Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills
· Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls
· Techniques in strategic planning and driving sales
· Excellent customer service standards
· Valid driver’s license and vehicle
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
· Proven reliability and high personal integrity
