SUMMARY

You'll support the Outside Sales team, handling a variety of requests and issues blah blah blah... insert random and boring businessy terms here (flexibility, technology, deadlines, customer service etc.).

You'll be on a team that includes:

1. Senior Salesperson (the person responsible for finding all new clients).

2. An Account Manager (this individual maintains the ongoing relationship with clients originally discoverd and closed by the Senior Salesperson.

3. You! The Account Coordinator (you help with quotes, schedules, orders, reviews, and details.

TYPICAL DAY

So here let me review the job from a day-in-the-life perspective. First up... coffee. Then you'll sit down to review the days emails and your schedule. Any emergencies? There may be a quick huddle with your team to review needs of the day. You fire off a few notes, probably get on the phone with a vendor to ensure accuracy on a quote you're working on. You block off time first thing in the afternoon so you can work on a client's Quarterly Business Review (QBR). You'll need to deliver this document to your team's Senior Salesperson because he is presenting to client later in the week. You'll probably be interrupted by a client phone call, but because you have a little sales experience, a little tech knowledge, and a smile in your voice, you'll be expert at getting a complicated conversation converted to an action plan. Next up, connect internally with our Project Team regarding a client installation gone sideways.

And now you'll be done with the first 5 minutes of your day. Haha, kidding. In reality, you'll suddently realize it's almost noon because you love your job.

I SUPPOSE, IF WE MUST REVIEW THE ESSENTIAL PARTS, YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Administrative Support
• Account Support
• Order Management

AND YOU'LL HAVE:

• A Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of technology is helpful but not necessary
• The ability to work independently but also within a team structure
• $32k to $40k in your pocket each year
