Job Description
OVERVIEW: Mythical seeks an organized and hardworking Office Manager to provide support to the studio and operations team. The Office Manager will cover the front desk and help maintain all spaces of Mythical Entertainment. This is an entry level position that collaborates with various departments across the company including production, operations and creative.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work directly with the operations team and coordinate with them on upcoming shoots, guests, and parking needs
Manage the front desk, answering the phone as well as receiving and distributing packages in a timely manner.
Inventory and organize craft services and office supplies throughout the building. Reorder as needed.
Research menus and place catering orders for all production meals.
Support the studio and operations team in managing spaces as well as schedule bookings.
Greet and assist with guests. Maintain green rooms.
Maintain the office kitchen areas, including all appliances (e.g. coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher).
Support production coordinator and production assistants with company-wide events and gifts.
Update and manage detailed documents related to operations/office needs.
Reconcile receipts and purchase reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
Highly organized and detail-oriented as well as an excellent work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Talent for anticipating needs and problem solving skills.
Thorough understanding of Google Suite of apps (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, GMail, Forms and Calendar), as well as being overall tech savvy.
Experience in a production office position is preferred.
