Role Summary
The Sales & Marketing Associate role is designed to help support the sales RVP with qualified leads, tailored marketing and messaging that is account specific, and to lend overall support to the sales process from lead through closing. This is a strategic sales and marketing role, where the Sales & Marketing Associate forms a dyad with RVP and they act as one team to drive deals through the sales process. The Sales & Marketing Associate is responsible for the early lead cultivation and qualification of the RVP pipeline.
Role & Responsibilities
Marketing Goals
Develop and execute promotional campaigns and marketing materials for designated account advancement in close consultation with the RVP of Sales.
Track, analyze, and report success of campaigns and based on evaluation of performance, implement recommendations.
Empower the sales team with marketing messaging and campaigns that help drive sales
Contribute ideas and help implement marketing, digital ad campaigns and social media strategies that are account specific and support the overall account based marketing strategy.
Able to articulate competitive differentiation, elevator pitch on Mytonomy for early stage prospects.
Optimize relevant digital channels to drive specific outcomes by working with channel marketing, marketing communications, and our channel partners (SEO, SEM, etc.).
Sales Enablement Goals
Identify leads and qualify prospects generating a reliable meeting schedule for RVP
Join RVP in meetings when necessary and as needed by RVP to help advance meetings
Closely work with RVP through every stage of the selling process
Conduct account-based marketing campaigns to top target accounts
Assist with drafting, formatting, editing and packaging of proposals
