LOCATION: Company HQ is in Los Angeles, but THIS POSITION MAY BE BASED REMOTELY, with 5-10% travel once in person meetings resume.

Nicks USA has two exciting opportunities open to join the Supply Chain team as an INVENTORY ANALYST.  This position will report into the Senior Supply Chain Manager and will be responsible to ensure inventory transactions occur accurately and timely in NetSuite, our ERP system.   This person must be an innate leader and be able to work independently.  It will be a priority to create strong, positive relationships with our vendors (suppliers, DCs, & Co-manufacturers) and internal partners in Supply Planning, Procurement and Finance.  

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Complete receipt transactions within 24 hours in our ERP system (NetSuite)
• Track inventory transfers of FG and R&P materials from DC to Coman and from DC-to-DC. Input in-transit data into NetSuite and complete receipts. 
• Track our international shipments and update NetSuite with the appropriate statuses
• Reconcile shipments and receipts and take action to resolve discrepancies.
• Change manages vendors to provide the right documentation on a timely basis
• Create production builds to consume raw and pack materials.
• Obtain COAs of ingredients and send them to the appropriate Comans
• Understanding shelf life of all ingredients, requesting extension or destruction certificates when required
• At month end reconcile inventory at each Coman and DC location with inventory in NetSuite (ERP System) Reconcile discrepancies. 
• Understanding what is in-transit at month end and account for it appropriately in NetSuite
• Help automate this process (EDI) with suppliers

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain
• 1-2 years of inventory management experience in a CPG company is a must
• Experience using an ERP system; NetSuite would be a plus
• A continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to communicate and express ideas clearly and concisely, in both written and verbal formats.
• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Be open, approachable and respectful of others
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and be comfortable with various software and databases 
• Demonstrated ability to work with data and to draw useful insights
