Business Intern / Promotions Assistant

Newbern helps bring national start-up brands in the DFW market place. We strive to launch each of our clients in style by hosting campaigns to create exposure and acquire new customers. Our event team is excellence at positioning our clients' communities and introducing their brands to a wide consumer base. Our Business Interns / Promotions Assistants will help with the logistics, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns. This can include setting up, speaking to customers, providing client information and managing a group of people. Our team seeks to provide each customer with an outstanding experience that provides in-depth insight about our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and drive advertising and promotion strategies
• Produce collateral materials to create interest in purchase of product or service
• Create cost-effective solutions to target a specific demographic and market
• Track and analyze impact on sales as a result of launched promotions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in marketing, advertisement, or other related fields
• Creative, visual thinker
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
