    N.F.T.J Home Care is looking for a full time Client Care Coordinator who is motivated, dependable, detail oriented and computer savvy. Must possess great interpersonal skills, customer service, and organizational skills.

    The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day office operations. This includes scheduling services with clients and caregivers, and recruiting, hiring and supervising caregiver staff.

    This is a full-time/Part time position based office with A COMPETITIVE SALARY depending on qualifications and experience.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform general office duties including but not limited to answering the telephone, reception, scheduling, and maintaining client and caregiver files.
    • Contact clients and caregivers regarding day-to-day scheduling changes.
    • Ensure that all employee and client files are complete and enter the appropriate information into the scheduling system.
    • Recruit and hire new caregiver staff and conduct new employee orientation.
    • Communicate and reinforce N.F.T.J policies and procedures.
    • Recognize and reward good job performance and promote caregiver recognition.
    • Maintain positive relationships with all clients and their families, prospective clients, caregivers, prospective employees, fellow team members and referral sources.
    • Independently respond to and resolve any client or caregiver complaints or concerns.
    • Maintain absolute confidentiality of all information pertaining to employees, clients and client’s families.
    • Perform supervisory home visits as necessary.
    • On-call coverage, evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.

    IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Maintain and present a well-groomed professional image.
    • Prefer to have a minimum of one/two years of experience working as a Scheduler or Client Care Coordinator in a Homecare Agency or similar business.
    • Prefer to have experience as a CNA or caregiver.
    • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) applications.
    • Willing to learn our scheduling software and other healthcare industry related applications.
    • Ability to listen and communicate clearly both when speaking and in writing.
    • Ability to remain flexible, resilient, calm and maintain a sense of humor.
    • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and accurately complete work activities.
    • Ability to work independently with a minimum amount of direction or supervision.
    • Ability to generate goodwill with staff, clients, their family members and referral sources.
    • Ability to lead by example and provide support and encouragement to the caregiver team.
    • Demonstrate a strong commitment to client service excellence
