We are N3 Notary (www.n3notary.net), and we provide I9 verification services for remote employees throughout the US and we are looking for a new employee to make outbound calls to our Agents and schedule them on appointments.

Our Company was founded in 2003 and our first office was a kitchen table. Slowly we grew from a one-person mobile Notary Public service into a nationwide service provider with 20,000 Agents and a team of home-based employee's!

We have a full-time W2 position open for an entry-level scheduling rep. As a scheduling rep you will be asked to make 18 outbound calls per hour, following a phone script, and log information into the companies data system.

This is a Monday - Friday positions with some Saturdays and overtime requirements. Our office hours are from 6 AM - 6 PM PST and flexible scheduling can be accommodated on an as-needed basis.

While we do provide training we do ask for the following in order to be considered for the position.

1. Be confident with computers, internet, and e-mail clients.
2. Have reliable highspeed internet and a headset with a microphone.
3. Demonstrate loyalty on your resume by showing 2 years of continuous employment for at least one employer.

We offer a starting hourly pay of $13.00
