    Looking for an experienced video editor for an ongoing project. This could turn into a long-term project. You will help us create/edit: podcasts, youtube channels, reels, and SEO. Responsibilities: • Understand and apply strategies that grab attention and rope a viewer into a video within the first few seconds. • Understand and apply strategies that increase viewer engagement throughout the video. • Create high-converting Video Ads for Facebook and YouTube. • Create high-converting VSL Videos (Video Sales Letters) that get the prospect to purchase the product being sold. • Create Marketing Videos, which are a blend of both content and promotion. • Create Product Videos, which are the course content that customers are purchasing. • Create custom graphics and animations to be used in videos. • Review video engagement metrics to understand how your video is performing. • Raise our standards for video editing and quality. Think like a Direct Response marketer to create high-converting video assets. Qualifications: • At least 2 years of related experience in video editing and direct response marketing. • Experience creating high-converting marketing videos used to sell products or services online. • Experience creating high-converting video ads for Facebook and YouTube. • Strong proficiency with video editing and animation software. • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various team members. • Strong organization skills. • Time management skills in order to meet deadlines. Compensation: $59,500 - $67,000 yearly
