Radon gas can only be identified by rigorous and expert testing. Responsibilities: Typical projects involve: • The installation of radon mitigation systems • Connecting PVC pipes • Soil excavation • Environmental sampling • Clean-up This candidate may be responsible for a number of tasks, including: • Minor carpentry • Plumbing • Basic electrical • Demolition • Drywall • Finishing • Environmental sampling Qualifications: • Willing to do Radon testing certification • Experience with installation of radon mitigation systems, sprinkler system installations, and ability to operate heavy equipment (Jackhammer) is a plus • The candidate must be detail-oriented and able to effectively communicate with clients • Hours will vary depending on the needs at the job site and may involve working outdoors Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
