ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in managing in the chapter-related content on the Higher Logic online community software platform.
- Support chapter leaders with various tasks related to chapter management such as creating events, managing content pages, provisioning chapter leader user accounts, and responding to chapter leader and member inquiries.
- Assist with data analysis, report generation, and identification of trends to help improve chapter microsite engagement and retention.
- Interpret and prioritize the chapter leaders' inquiries and requirements into an actionable implementation plans/schedule.
- Research and stay up to date on emerging trends in online community management and marketing.
REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience Requirement(s):
- Currently pursuing a degree in information systems, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in content and community management platforms, is a plus.
