The Native American Community Care (NACC) Team is a specialized service line within Kikta Behavioral Health focused on improving access, engagement, and outcomes for Native American individuals and families. NACC delivers evidence-based behavioral health services through culturally responsive, community-informed care.
Position Overview
Kikta is hiring a full-time, W2 NACC Outpatient Clinician providing telehealth services exclusively. This role is not remote.
This role serves Native American individuals and families while remaining integrated within Kikta’s broader clinical and operational structure. Onsite presence supports collaboration, supervision, consultation, and coordinated care.
Clinicians typically maintain 25–30 client sessions per week, allowing sustainable pacing, quality care, and protected documentation time.
Caseloads may include children (5+), adolescents, adults, and families based on clinician training, experience, and clinical preference.
