OVERVIEW
This is an opportunity for a full-cycle recruiter to attract and hire diverse candidates who embody innovation as a key differentiator. A professional sourcer and closer, the specialist is a collaborator who can quickly and efficiently understand the needs of hiring managers, study and refine the ideal candidate profile, and engage candidates that are a perfect match. With a macro view of talent needs across all departments, the talent acquisition specialist can coach hiring managers to see qualities of candidates that will be the most successful.
RESPONSIBILITIES
IDENTIFY SOURCES TO ATTRACT AND RECRUIT TOP TALENT
- Understand the business to lead recruitment efforts for all positions from entry level to executive, adding exceptional talent who are passionate, purposeful, mission-driven, and intelligent
- Quickly build rapport with candidates to evaluate fit and interest
- Continuously explore and refine the ideal candidate profile, using feedback from hiring managers and other key stakeholders to present the best pool of candidates within budget, resulting in a higher conversion ratio in each interview stage and a reduced time to fill
- Anticipate and meet the evolving talent needs of the organization through proactive sourcing – using a headhunting mindset – and interviewing – using an executive recruiter approach
- Encourage and champion a referral program that employees participate in, driving candidate referrals to become a top source of hired talent
- Create pipelines for future positions by building networks, fostering relationships with hiring managers to help them consistently prospect for candidates, and thinking like a marketer to build the company’s brand as a “Best Place to Work” inside and outside the industry.
- Build relationships with local universities and colleges, technology and diverse professional associations, and veteran transition professionals
- Provide recruitment support to all Kudelski entities (e.g. Kudelski Corp, Nagra USA) in Phoenix, with a primary focus on Kudelski Security in the U.S.
- Manage all job requisitions, while building strong brand recognition in the community and providing a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience
LEARN, APPLY, AND COMMIT TO THE KUDELSKI GROUP METHOD OF RECRUITMENT, STARTING FROM THE RECRUITMENT STRATEGY MEETING THROUGH THE END OF ONBOARDING
- Update documentation and SOPs as the process evolves
- Create and update job descriptions and interview questions as needed
- Project manage the interview process (including weekly leadership and hiring manager updates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference / background checks) and onboarding programs (using internal applicant tracking system, tools, and cloud platforms) for candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
COLLABORATE, PARTNER, SHARE, AND PROACTIVELY COMMUNICATE AS A MEMBER OF THE AMERICAS HR TEAM
- Monitor and evaluate recruiting effectiveness and success, including weekly, quarterly, and annual reports to business partners, peers, and leadership on activity, metrics, and opportunities for improvement
- Read relevant articles on Talent Acquisition best practices to keep the company’s programs and practices relevant and innovative
- Ensure Talent Acquisition practices are compliant

- 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on cybersecurity, technology, and / or sales roles; preferably a mix of agency and in-house experience. Candidates with a sales background will be considered, as well.
