RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work directly with new and full-time agents to provide guidance and assistance with their business plans.
- Provide personalized support and recommendations to new Acquisition, Seed and Retail program agents for increased productivity and profitability
- Evaluate and analyze agencies to provide efficient facts and recommendations for best practices and procedures
- May conduct final interviews during the district manager’s recruiting process, especially for highly capitalized agents
REQUIREMENTS
- MUST BE LICENSED IN PROPERTY & CASUALTY AND LIFE & HEALTH OR WILLING TO OBTAIN ASAP
- HAVE THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN OTHER REQUIRED LICENSES WITHIN TIME FRAME SPECIFIED BY DISTRICT MANAGER)
- Ability to be a strong coach, mentor and leader with excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to listen and respond effectively to best understand agency goals and motivational factors to assist in execution of business plans
- Previous business experience or business acumen to draw on during agency consultation visits
- Must pass a background check including (credit, criminal, regulatory and driving history)
