Job Description

DUTIES INCLUDE:       

• Enter company’s distributor leads into database and relay lead to correct distributor.
• Receive and direct all incoming calls, emails, mail and packages to appropriate personnel.
• Create, send out and document company's monthly expense reports.
• Assist in employee interviewing, hiring, firing and termination paperwork preparation.
• Create and distribute company’s monthly internal newsletter.
• Prepare payroll time sheets and PTO submissions semi-monthly.
• Arrange for celebratory company event spreads.
• Assist department management with delegated projects.
• Maintain break room, bathroom and office supplies stock and cleanliness.
• Assist in planning company events.
• Scan, process and mail out company's cut checks in weekly check run.
• Review, enter and scan company's invoices into database.
• Run office errands when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining update break room random fact board.
• Run daily company attendance report.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred High School Diploma or Associate's Degree
• Preferred 1-3 years of related experience.
• A valid U.S. driver's license.
