ABOUT: Competitive commission schedule offered.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Follow up with prospective customers by email and phone to increase potential of sales.
• Follow up with current customers to gauge product satisfactions and potential for more sales.
• Generate sample data reports and instrument presentations for potential customers.
• Maintain CRM database with new information of new and existing leads to ensure accuracy and organization.
• Create sales campaigns to drive more traffic through the sales pipeline.
• Generate quotations for product and service offerings as needed.
• Assist sales team in tracking projects through the pipeline to optimize efficiency of the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation ability.
• Excels in problem-solving, value adding and framing conversations.
• Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
• Ability to assist and work well with other coworkers.
• Ability to work autonomously with little management oversight.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or in the process of obtaining such a degree.
• Preferred 1-3 years of related experience.
• A valid U.S. driver's license.
• Experience in sales is a plus.
• Knowledge in metrology and/or material science engineering is a plus.
