Job Description
Our 12-month News Associates Program is a postgraduate opportunity designed to provide participants with exposure to a wide range of experiences, ongoing mentorship, and targeted career and professional development within the fast-paced world of NBC News.
This program will lead the way for you to apply for exciting internal roles and equip you with the knowledge and tools to thrive in today’s multimedia space.
Rotations may include, but are not limited to, Nightly News, The TODAY show, News NOW, the digital properties of NBC News, long form programming or various aspects of our newsgathering organization.
This program begins September 2025.
It is important to note that this program is not designed to develop people who wish to be on-air reporters.

Hourly Rate : $27.00 per hour, overtime eligible at $40.50 per hour.
