Basic Qualifications
- Must be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution during the entire duration of the program. Spring 2026 graduates are not eligible for our Summer 2026 internship program.
- Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits).
- Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require work visa sponsorship from NBCUniversal now or in the future to retain authorization to work in the United States.
- Must be available to work 16 to 24 hours per week from June 1 – August 7, 2026.
- Must be willing to work in San Francisco, California.
Desired Characteristics
- Students with a class standing of junior or above preferred.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Familiarity with Bay Area sports
- Basic level of technical knowledge of broadcast audio, video, and signal flow
- Proficiency with computer systems, networking, and hardware.
- High attention to detail and organization
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptable, self-starter and team player
- Customer-service focused with high-integrity
- Comfortable working in various physical environments (e.g. under desks, in server rooms)
- Interest in production and broadcast technology
- Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Compensation: The hourly rate for this internship is $19.18/hr
