Qualifications
_ Basic Requirements_
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
_ Desired Characteristics_
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple people with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience as a team player, with ability to develop and maintain good working relationships across the company
- Professional presence – including a professional manner over the phone, in writing, and in person – with the ability to interface with senior executives
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Superior organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask
- Ability to learn new computer programs and systems with ease
_ Additional Requirements_
- Must be willing to work in New York, NY
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week
- This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
