NBCUniversal’s in-House executive search team is a full-service direct leadership recruiting and advisory function. Our team partners closely with enterprise-wide business units and HR leaders to identify internal and external candidates for mission critical leadership roles. Additionally, the team provides talent advisory services, including external talent mapping, competitive market and organizational/leadership intelligence, and pro-active pipelining in support of succession and talent planning needs. High impact results, combined with a first-rate client and candidate experience, are equally important to us; this role is key in assuring we deliver on both counts.
The Position
The Executive Search Coordinator will directly support NBCU’s Global Head of Executive Search. In addition, the successful candidate will partner with the team more broadly and work closely with research and operations leaders, supporting knowledge management initiatives and database management. The Executive Search Coordinator will focus on optimizing processes and procedures and foster a best-in-class experience for executive level candidates, senior leadership clients, HR leaders and executive management. Strong computer literacy and data savvy, combined with an ability to assure a high degree of confidentiality and discretion are needed for success in the role.

Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
